We just had a FANTASTIC experience in our home. Frank was on time and very organized. It was a surprise for my husband birthday hosted by his daughters. The food was fresh and very tasty. When he left my kitchen was as clean as when he arrived. Everyone is still raving over this wonderful experience. Thank you Frank and we can hardly wait to have you back again.

Chef Frank was great! We recently rented a home in La Quinta with a group of friends. Chef Frank cooked some amazing Asian fusion appetizers and delicious sushi rolls. He was very pleasant to have in our home and interacted well with our guests. He crafted all of our favorite sushi rolls and made some of his specialty rolls which were excellent. He showed up with everything, cooked, cleaned and even left us with some sushi in the fridge. We look forward to our next sushi dinner party. If your in the desert try Chef Frank!

We stayed at an Airbnb in yucca valley and booked left handed infusions. They arrived right on time and were so kind and polite. We ordered the tuna / salmon / shrimp tempura option and they made a dozen creative rolls that were delicious. I don’t even have a pic because we were too excited to eat. Ginger, wasabi, soy sauce, chopsticks, etc. were provided. We were all completely stuffed and happy by the end of the night. Definitely book left handed infusions!

Not only does he put everything he has into each roll, but I would recommend LHI over most 5 star sushi joints. Do yourself a favor, and treat yourself to a tongue boner.
